Agreement

I understand there is a late application penalty of $150 that must be paid within 48 hours after KCP notifies me my application will be accepted. This fee is non-refundable. Payment can be made via KCP’s secure online payment system. A completed application must be received within 7 days, or sooner if requested. I also agree to abide by the regular policies of KCP, including but not limited to the refund policy.
