Before you start your application, please review your eligibility. This application process should take you approximately 15 minutes. To help you get through it in one pass, please read the following.
- You must complete this application in one session; there is no interim way to save the form.
Before you begin your application
(1) Have your transcript ready.
Have a copy of your transcript showing your cumulative GPA.
(2) Complete your written personal essay.
You can then just copy it into the online application form. It is a 500-word essay on why you want to enroll in KCP, including expectations for your Japan experience, academic/professional goals, and previous travel or study in Japan.
(3) Have your social security number handy.
(4) Have your credit card and billing information ready.

After You Apply
- Get your reference.
- Click here to download the Confidential Reference form. Give it to a trusted mentor to complete and return to us, or download it after completing your application.
- Mail us the following:
