Which events or activities did you find the most satisfying and why?

The calligraphy and tea ceremony activities were the most satisfying because I got experience different forms of Japanese culture.

What activities or materials did you find most helpful (e.g., pair work, drill practice, tests, small group sessions, textbooks, games)?

I found drill practice and homework the most helpful.

Anything you especially liked in the living arrangements? Any problems you experienced?

The homestay gave me a lot of Japanese listening and speaking practice.

Any comments or tips for prospective/new KCP students?

KCP is an intensive program but it really improves your Japanese ability, so be sure to study and take advantage of the great teachers.

At first I thought KCP was too good to be true because I could not find a single negative review anywhere. Every comment I found was positive. Turns out there’s a very good reason for this 🙂
