Hard Off is a very popular second-hand store which sells an assortment of hardware, thus its name. It is a sister store to others with names like Mode Off, which sells second-hand clothes, or Book Off, which sells used books, manga, and the like. Now at Hard Off though, you can get anything from fans to bikes to computers. Game consoles, watches, cameras, you name it and Hard Off has it! There is even a “Junk” section, where the items are sold as is, and you can get a real bargain if you want to fix something up. At all these places you can get real steals, so drop by while studying abroad in Japan!
