Prepare every day in order to do well in the classes.

Derrick from Spring 2015

Which events or activities did you find the most satisfying and why?

The exercise event because it gave us a good chance to interact with one another.

Why did you select this program?

I selected it because of the credibility given by other attendees on the internet as well as the intensive study it was advertised as.

What were the most productive and interesting aspects of the program for you? The least interesting and productive?

The way that the classes were taught as well as the classmates. The least interesting was the kanji studies, but even then that was alright in my opinion.

Any further thoughts or tips for those considering the program or new KCP students?

Prepare every day in order to do well in the classes. While it's fun to be in Tokyo and learn the language, the course itself is far too difficult to not study everyday.

Any other comments or suggestions?

I enjoyed the classes so far and look forward to further studies the rest of this year.

Testimonials

Going to class every day, and the workload, gave me a sense of what living in Japan would be like. I was able to learn Japanese daily, as well as have enough time in the day to study and explore the country.
