KCP Scholarship
KCP International Japanese Language School is pleased to be able to offer students from our affiliate and sponsor universities, and those fully matriculated students at any other university of college, applying through one of our sponsor universities for academic credit, these merit-based scholarships offered to students whose housing, whether homestay or dormitory, are arranged by KCP, and who are enrolling in the KCP program for academic credit. These scholarships are offered each term a student is consecutively enrolled at KCP and remains in good academic standing. These discounts are offered at $1,000 for KCP semester or summer short-term, $2,000 for extended semester (two KCP semesters), or $3,000 for an academic year.
ELIGIBILITY
• Matriculated college student at one of KCP’s affiliate or sponsor universities
• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status (based on your university’s credit requirements)
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• One semester or more of college-level Japanese language, with 3.5 GPA average in those courses (or one year of high school Japanese with 3.5 GPA average)
DEADLINE
To be considered, you must submit your scholarship application after you have completed the KCP online application process and have been accepted. The scholarship submission must be completed and submitted at least 60 days before your program start date.
